Returns

We understand that it can be challenging to purchase a product online when you can only rely on pictures and descriptions. If you wish to return purchased goods, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange, provided the items are completely unused and in fully resalable condition within 14 days of purchase.
If the returned product is not in a fully resalable condition or its packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Any costs for re-delivery of goods will be payable in advance by the customer.
If goods have been removed from their original packaging and/or assembled, your right to cancel or return them may be forfeited.
Any free gifts received with your order must also be returned if the order is canceled.
To cancel or return any purchased product, you must contact the Londonkart Customer Service Team to obtain an official Returned Product Authorization (RPA). Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the RPA. You must ensure that you have obtained the RPA via email from our customer service team before returning an item, and that your returned parcel includes the RPA inside the package.

For perishable products such as chocolates, cheese, and similar items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
However, we do make exceptions if you receive the wrong product or if the item is damaged upon arrival.
To request a refund in such cases, please contact the Londonkart Customer Service Team via email to obtain an RPA.

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
- Credit or Debit Card – The amount will be credited back to the same card. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If you purchased the item at a promotional price, your refund will be based on that price. For items bought under promotions such as “Buy One Get One Half Price” or “3 for 2”, if you return part of the order, the promotion will no longer apply, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
If you used a coupon and are returning only part of the order to which it applied, the coupon will be considered used. You will only be able to redeem the coupon again if you return all goods to which the coupon applies.
